  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 4 sliced grapes
  • 1 tablespoon quick oatmeal

Directions
