Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 3 ounce box strawberry gelatin mix
  • 16 ounces Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tub whipped topping

Directions

Bring undrained pineapples and water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Add gelatin to pineapples. Stir well to melt gelatin. Transfer to a large bowl. Let cool until it starts to set. Fold in cottage cheese and whipped topping until blended. Spray mold or pan with non-stick spray. Pour mixture into mold or pan. Chill until firm.
