Ingredients

  • 3 jalapenos
  • 3 avocados
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 tablespoon diced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper *more or less to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt *more or less to taste

Directions

Remove the seeds from the Jalapenos. Remove the pit from the avocado. Juice the lemons. Dice the tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, and avocados. Mix the cottage cheese, salsa, garlic, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and garlic salt together in a large bowl. Fold in diced vegetables and stir to incorporate. Chill if desired. Serve with chips.
