Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 pound crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 12 individual phyllo cups

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix cottage cheese, Feta cheese, and egg together in a bowl. Fill each phyllo cup with 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
