1 slice pita bread

1/2 cup Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese

1 breast cooked cubed chicken

1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons green onion

1/4 cup fresh spinach
-
8 sliced grape tomatoes

1 sprig fresh basil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pita bread on pizza stone or pan. Spread cottage cheese on top of pita and layer with diced chicken and mozzarella. Sprinkle with diced green onion, spinach leaves, tomatoes, and diced chopped basil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts.
