Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese
  • 1 drop Stevia® sweetener
  • 1 slice whole wheat toast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free jelly
  • 1 ounce fresh berries

Directions

Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl and sweeten with Stevia® sweetener. Spread cheese mixture on whole grain toast. Lightly cover cheese mixture with a thin layer of jelly. Microwave for 10 seconds. Top with fresh berries and enjoy.
