1 heaping cup penne pasta

1/2 cup broccoli flowerettes

1 cup Daisy Brand 4% Cottage Cheese

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

4 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
+ 1 teaspoon
Directions
Cook pasta and broccoli according to package directions. Toss cottage cheese with the hot pasta, hot broccoli, black pepper and 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Divide into two oven-safe bowls and sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese. Lightly broil for approximately two minutes or until slightly browned and serve. *Optional - try adding diced cooked chicken or other vegetables for a heartier meal.*For added flavor, try adding sliced red onion, sliced bell peppers, or sliced zucchini squash.
