Ingredients

  • 8 3/4 cups potatoes
  • 8 ounces Daisy Brand 4% Cottage Cheese
  • 2/3 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 1/2 ounce ranch dressing seasoning
  • 8 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced roasted garlic

Directions

Peel, dice, and boil potatoes until they are tender. Add all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and whip for 5 minutes.
