16 ounces Daisy Brand Sour Cream

12 ounce box matzos

16 ounces Daisy Brand 4% Cottage Cheese

3 eggs

1 pinch sugar

4 tablespoons butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Moisten matzos with cold water, then squeeze out excess water. Mix cottage cheese, salt, eggs, sour cream and sugar. Place in buttered 11x7-inch pan in three layers, alternating the matzo and cottage cheese mixture. Dot with butter cut into 8 pieces. Bake 40 minutes at 300 degrees.
