1 prepared piecrust

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1 cup sugar

4 small egg yolks

1 cup milk

1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

3 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 small carton whipped topping
Directions
Cook pie crust according to package directions and cool. Combine sugar, milk, cornstarch, lemon juice, and beaten egg yolks in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until it thickens, stirring constantly. Once mixture has thickened, remove from heat. Cool slightly. Stir in sour cream. Reserve 1/3 cup of pie filling. Pour remaining mixture into prepared piecrust. Refrigerate until cool. Mix reserved 1/3 cup pie filling with a small carton of whipped topping and spread over pie once pie has cooled.
