Ingredients

10 small red potatoes

1/2 pound fresh green beans

12 ounces penne pasta

1/2 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

7 ounces package of pesto
Directions
Dice potatoes, and boil until slightly soft. Drain off excess water and cool. Cut green beans into pieces and blanche green beans in boiling water; drain in strainer in cold water, and set aside. Cook pasta al dente, and drain. Over medium heat, heat heavy cream until warm. Slowly stir in sour cream. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and pesto. Remove from heat. In a large bowl add pasta and potatoes. Pour sauce over potato pasta mixture and stir. Add remaining 1 cup Parmesan and green beans. Gently stir until mixed. Serve warm.
