Ingredients

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon stir-fry sauce

1 onion

1/4 cup mushrooms

1 cup chicken gravy

1 cup Daisy Brand Light Sour Cream

1 package wide egg noodles

1/2 tablespoon butter
Directions
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Begin preparing egg noodles per directions on package. Heat the stir-fry sauce in large fry pan. Thinly slice onions and mushrooms. Sauté onion and mushrooms slightly. Add chicken pieces and quick-fry on high until chicken is done - about 6 minutes. Quickly add gravy and sour cream. Stir to melt. Lower heat, cover and simmer while egg noodles cook. Drain cooked egg noodles and mix with butter. Spoon stroganoff mixture over egg noodles to serve. Serve hot. *Optional: May serve with rice instead of egg noodles if preferred.
