Ingredients
-
3/4 cup butter, melted
-
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
-
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
-
1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
-
1/2 cup sugar
-
2 1/2 cups berries, pureed
-
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Directions
Combine the melted butter with the graham cracker crumbs and blend until damp; set aside. In a cold bowl beat the whipping cream until firm (approximately 4 minutes). Meanwhile, mix the sour cream, sugar and 1 cup pureed berries together in a large bowl. Stir the pecans into the sour cream mixture. Fold the whipped cream and strawberry mixture together until incorporated. Place paper liners in 18 muffin cups. Spoon the remaining 1 ½ cups of berry puree into the bottom of each lined muffin cup. Next spoon the sour cream mixture into each cup until filled almost to the top. Top each with a heaping tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture. Pat down the graham cracker mixture to form a crust. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Invert the desserts onto a plate and remove the paper liners. Serve immediately. *After being frozen, desserts may be inverted into a covered container and stored in the freezer. **Try with blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries.
