1 cup softened butter

1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

2 cups sugar

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups flour

3 teaspoons vanilla

8 ounces cream cheese

3 cups powdered sugar

3 tablespoons milk
Directions
Bars: Cream 1/2 cup softened butter, sour cream, and 2 cups sugar. Beat in eggs, banana and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 15x10-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool before frosting. Frosting: Cream 1/2 cup softened butter, cream cheese and milk. Gradually add powdered sugar, and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat well. Spread over bars. *Hint: Freeze bars for 1/2 hour before frosting and no crumbs will form when cutting bars.
