Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup diced green peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 cups Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt & pepper *to taste

Directions

Have all ingredients cold. Combine vegetables and toss together in a salad bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, pouring lemon juice slowly into the cream. Serve on top of vegetables.
