Meatballs with Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1/4 cup milk

1 egg
slightly beaten

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/2 cup crushed sour cream & onion potato chips

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup beef bouillon

3/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

4 ounce can mushrooms
-
1/4 cup red wine
Directions
Meatballs: Mix ground beef, milk, egg, cheese, chips, salt and pepper together and form into 1 inch balls. Place in casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sour Cream Sauce: Melt butter, and blend in flour. Add sour cream, bouillon and red wine. Stir until thickened. Add drained mushrooms and stir. Add the meatballs to the sauce. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
