Ingredients

1 green or yellow bell pepper

2 medium tomatoes

1 cucumber

1 finely chopped medium sweet onion

1 stalk celery

1/4 cup parsley

1/2 cup corn kernels
fresh or frozen

4 cups tomato juice

2/3 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

5 large garlic stuffed green olives

1 dash salt & pepper
Directions
Seed and dice bell pepper and tomatoes. Pull, seed, and dice cucumber. Finely chop onion, celery, and parsley. Slightly cook fresh or frozen corn. In a non-metallic bowl, whisk together tomato juice, sour cream, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients. Chill for at least 6 hours before serving. Stir well before serving. Garnish with a dollop of Daisy Brand Sour Cream and a sprig of parsley.
