Ingredients

  • 5 cups cubed potatoes
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 pinch paprika

Directions

Peel and cube the potatoes. Bring the potatoes to a rolling boil in a large saucepan, 4 to 6 minutes. Cook at medium heat (slight boil) until tender, 12 to 13 minutes. Drain and mash the potatoes; add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through.
