2/3 cup golden raisins

2 tablespoons vanilla

1/2 cup water

3/4 cup Daisy Brand Light Sour Cream

3 tablespoons honey

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

3 1/3 cups bread flour

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Soak the raisins in the vanilla for at least one hour. Place the water, sour cream, honey, salt, bread flour, active dry yeast and cinnamon in bread machine pan in the order of manufacturer's recommendation. Bake on the sweet cycle. Add the raisins after the kneading beep.
