10 ounces frozen chopped spinach

8 ounces water chestnuts

24 ounces Daisy Brand Light Sour Cream

1 package vegetable soup dip and recipe mix

3 chopped green onions
Directions
Thaw and drain spinach. Drain and chop water chestnuts if desired. In a medium bowl stir spinach, sour cream, soup mix, water chestnuts, and green onions until well mixed. Cover; chill for 2 hours to blend flavors. Stir well. If desired, spoon into round bread bowl. Serve with cut-up vegetables or crackers.
