Ingredients

3/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

1/4 cup apricot or peach preserves

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 cups diced cooked turkey

1 cup diced celery

1 medium crisp red apple, diced

1/4 cup chopped green onion
Directions
In large bowl, combine sour cream, preserves, mustard and tarragon. Mix well. Fold in remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves. If desired, serve on lettuce leaves.
