Ingredients

  • 1 prepared yellow cake
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup lemon curd
  • 1 1/2 cup Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Directions

Begin by slicing the cake in half horizontally. Spread the bottom layer of cake with jam. Mix the lemon curd and cottage cheese. Layer the cottage cheese mixture on top of jam covered cake. Top with the remaining cake slice. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, allowing the cake to set up. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
