Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, hard cooked
  • 1 cup Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons stone ground mustard

Directions

Peel and finely dice eggs. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour prior to serving to chill.
