1 cucumber

1/2 cantaloupe

1 1/2 cups Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese

2 sprigs fresh tarragon

1 dash black pepper
Directions
Slice cucumber and cantaloupe into twelve ΒΌ inch slices. Place cucumber slices on a plate. Top slices with cottage cheese and two pieces of tarragon leaves each. Then top off with a slice of cantaloupe and a sprinkle of black pepper.
