6 1/2 inch pita bread

1/2 cup Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese

1 cup cooked cubed chicken

1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons green onion

1/2 cup fresh packed spinach leaves

1 sprig fresh basil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the pita bread on pizza stone or pan. Spread the cottage cheese on top of pita and layer with diced chicken and mozzarella. Sprinkle with diced green onion, spinach leaves, and chopped basil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts. *Optional, try adding diced tomato for additional color and flavor.
