1 drop Stevia® sweetener

1 slice whole wheat toast

1 tablespoon sugar-free jelly

1 ounce fresh berries
Directions
Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl and sweeten with Stevia® sweetener. Spread cheese mixture on whole grain toast. Lightly cover cheese mixture with a thin layer of jelly. Microwave for 10 seconds. Top with fresh berries and enjoy.
