  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 cup Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese
  • 4 leaves fresh basil
  • 1 dash salt & pepper *to taste

Directions

Wash, half, and seed two bell peppers. Fill each half with cottage cheese. Top with fresh basil, salt and pepper.
