Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped mint
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 fresh strawberries
  • 4 cubes fresh pineapple
  • 4 cubes fresh cantaloupe
  • 4 seedless green grapes

Directions

Mix the cottage cheese with the mint and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate. Assemble kabob by skewering 3 strawberries, 2 pineapple chunks, 2 cantaloupe chunks, and 2 green grapes, alternating fruit to begin and end with a strawberry. Repeat with the second kabob. Serve each kabob with 1/2 of the mint cottage cheese dip mixture. *Options - try other fresh fruits on skewers.
