Ingredients

1 package taco seasoning

31 ounces refried beans

1/2 cup Daisy Brand 4% Cottage Cheese

2 avocados
-
1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lime juice

1/2 cup diced Roma tomatoes

1 teaspoon minced sautéed garlic

1 cup salsa
-
16 ounces Daisy Brand Sour Cream

1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sliced green onions
-
1/4 cup sliced black olives
Directions
Mix the taco seasoning and refried beans until well combined. Wash green onions thoroughly, slice thinly, and set aside. Blend cottage cheese until slightly lumpy. Mash with avocados, lemon and lime juices, Roma tomatoes and garlic until mixed. Layer ingredients as follows in an 8x8x2-inch pan: bean mixture, avocado mixture, salsa, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions and olives. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
