Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 Red Delicious apple
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Daisy Brand Light Sour Cream
  • 4 purple cabbage or lettuce leaves (optional)

Directions

Chop unpeeled apples, sprinkle with lemon juice. Add all other ingredients together and combine gently. Serve on purple cabbage leaf or lettuce leaf.
