Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Brand Light Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 pinch paprika

Directions

Peel and cube potatoes. Bring potatoes to a rolling boil in a large saucepan. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash the potatoes; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through.
